- Skin must be clean from all oils and lotions.
- Clean surface with only water and a cloth.
- Skin must be completely dry before taping.

What is the difference between the colours?
There is no physical or chemical difference between the colours. The colours were developed to be
compatible with colour therapy, mostly used in the east. Colour choice is a matter of individual
preference. The colours can provide field advertising at athletic events, a conversational opener,
